Our Return Policy
At Miniko, we want you and your little one to love every purchase. Eligible products may be returned within 7 days of delivery.
To qualify for a return, the product must be:
- Unused, undamaged and in its original condition.
- Returned with all accessories, gifts, packaging and labels.
- Supported by a valid order number or proof of purchase.
Damaged, Defective or Incorrect Products
Please inspect your order immediately after delivery. If the product is damaged, defective, incomplete or different from what you ordered, contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
Please share:
- Your order number.
- Clear photos or an unboxing video showing the issue.
- A brief description of the problem.
After verification, we will arrange a replacement or issue an eligible refund at no additional cost.
Non-Returnable Products
Returns cannot be accepted for:
- Products that have been used, written on, washed or damaged after delivery.
- Products returned without their original packaging or accessories.
- Personalised or customised products.
- Free gifts and promotional items.
- Products purchased during clearance or final-sale promotions.
- Returns requested after the applicable return period.
Change-of-Mind Returns
Change-of-mind returns may be accepted only when the product is unused, unopened and in its original packaging.
Return shipping charges will be paid by the customer. Original shipping charges, cash-on-delivery fees and handling charges are non-refundable.
How to Request a Return
- Contact Miniko within the applicable return period.
- Provide your order number and the reason for your request.
- Wait for return approval and return instructions.
- Pack the product securely with all original items.
Refunds
Once the returned product is received and inspected, we will notify you about the approval or rejection of your refund.
Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 5–10 business days. The time taken for the amount to appear may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.
Cash-on-Delivery Refunds
For cash-on-delivery orders, approved refunds will be transferred to the customer's bank account or UPI ID. The customer may be required to provide accurate payment details for processing.
Order Cancellations
Orders may be cancelled before they are packed or shipped. Once an order has been dispatched, it cannot be cancelled and will be handled according to the applicable return terms.
Miniko reserves the right to cancel an order due to stock unavailability, incorrect pricing, payment issues or an incomplete delivery address. Any prepaid amount for a cancelled order will be refunded.
Replacement Policy
Replacements are subject to product availability. If the same product is unavailable, we may offer a suitable alternative, store credit or a refund.
